It has been years since I have posted here because I no longer live in Iowa and only take on a project once in a while when I am home, but this is too good not to post. Not many shops can say they've painted "the most expensive tractor in the world." We can. Dennis Powers's 30-60 Case sold this weekend for $1.47 million. Below is the picture Auman Auctions posted with the history-making auction result. I have also included a few pictures of when he picked up the mainframe after we completed it (that is Dennis steering the tractor). He brought the duals at a later time as well as some of the other parts and pieces. His hired man, "G.W.", painted the engine and canopy as well as the black parts. It's cool to be part of such a piece of history!
