To all of our customers, currently waiting for their bikes, past, present and everyone else.
I personally want to apologize and thank everyone that has been patient with us. In an effort to help everyone we possibly could we made the mistake of booking to many customers to close together and jobs that turned out a lot bigger then originally thought. We also had some personal life events that made the situation worse. We always strive for the best customer service we can provide. But we made a mistake. We over booked. And for a little while there we definitely got a little overwhelmed. We do apologize to those that had long waits getting their bikes back. We are getting caught back up and back at a normal pace and better turn around times. We are doing the best we can. To those that are understanding and have been patient as possible, thank you. To those that have gotten upset and left, we are sorry. Hopefully we can get another chance to service you in the future.
Chris Ligi, Debbie Camardella and Ricky have been busting their asses trying to get everyone done and back as soon as they can. Me( Brian Camardella ) has been trying to help them out as best as I could. It was a mistake we have learned from and will avoid in the future. We thought we were doing right by our customers by trying to get everyone's bikes in the shop, but that just caused longer waits.
Twisted Cycles LLC always strives for the best possible customer experience we can give.
Also as a side note. Remember that the winter months are a great time to get your motorcycle serviced and fixed up ready for spring with no worries of losing previous riding time. During the winter months we always offer pick up and delivery service sometimes at a discounted rate.
