Good Morning,
We hope to have electricity up and running by Thursday according to CenterPoint Energy. I understand it's hot and miserable. I encourage you to seek shelter out of this heat at a cooling station. We are working hard to clear the streets and repair electrical posts as fast as we can. Please, clear the debris around your home and put limbs in front of the property by the bayou. The garbage service will be coming by but, they can not give me an estimated time. As you can imagine, they, too, are very busy. I ask for your patience. We are well aware of all the trees and hanging limbs and the trees guys are, also, very busy and have us in line for service. I am so sorry for any inconvenience and damage that this storm has caused. Please be patient and allow us to do what we can to help.

Good Afternoon,
The water on the Office side of the property is temporarily off to fix a water leak. Thank you for your patience. We are trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Good Morning,

The City of Pasadena came by and shut down our water. There is a fire hydrant line that is broke and the plumber is working on the issue. The City told us that it was just a line for the Fire Hydrant but that is not the case and the entire office side is affected. Sorry for the inconvenience and the short notice. We were just notified less than 5 minutes ago. The Plumber is on site and working to fix the issue.

The Water will be shut off today due to a large water leak on the office side of the property. We do not know how long the repairs will take but, we are working on the problem. Thank you for your patience.

Today Water will be turned off to repair a water leak. Unfortunately, it is a large job and the water will be cut off at 9am and will be off for the day. We may have to cut off again tomorrow but, I will keep you posted. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The pool is temporarily closed. We are in the process of replacing a broken pump and ask for your patience. I will send out a post once the repairs are complete. Thank you.
