Good Morning & Happy Friday!

I just wanted to let everyone know our last day at 4015 Mountain Rd will be on September 6th. Unfortunately the property I’ve occupied for 3 years is being sold and the land is being redeveloped.

We will be moving to Lake Shore Plaza which is a short 1-2 minute drive from our current location. As of this moment we will be located between 5 Guys & Sports Clips.

I look forward to still being able to serve the Pasadena community in a brand new space.

MYB Tag & Title is looking to hire a reliable and responsible Tag & Title Office Manager to the team. This job is perfect for a candidate currently in College or someone just looking to pick up some extra hours and willing to grow with a growing team. We are looking for someone with an ownership mentality willing to brand and drive this business in the right direction. We are currently in the process of opening a second location and this candidate would be an ideal choice to help lead us in that effort.

As a Tag and Title Office Manager- You will:

Process Vehicle registrations, titles and tags.
Provide advice and answer questions needed.
Process and submit all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled in a timely manner
Check for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete before submitting
Answer incoming calls and emails
Prepare and submit all paperwork bundles to the MVA
Oversee schedules for other employees
Communicate with the owner on various issues including inventory, customer related problems and any other work related problems

QUALIFICATIONS

Have a high school diploma/GED
Good personality
Good appearance
Must be able to multi-task in a growing environment
Must be a Team Player with a Willingness to take initiative
Highly organized and eagerness to improve
Strong Work Ethic & Integrity
Keep current with applicable laws and state policies
Prior dealership or MVA experience is helpful, but not required
Minimum of one (1) years of sales/customer service experience
Have effective communication skills both written and oral
Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
Must maintain a satisfactory criminal history, as well as meet all state-specific legal requirements for this job.
This position is currently Part-Time -with Full Time potential.

Must be willing to work some weekends.

MYB Tag & Title will be closed 12/24-12/26.

We look forward to continuing to serve the Pasadena community and beyond after the Christmas Holiday. We will re-open at 9 AM on 12/27.

I appreciate everyone’s patience these last few days. The MVA was updating our systems and because of that we had to close down on Friday and Saturday. We’re open for business today until 6 PM.

All Maryland Tag & Title dealerships will closed on Friday 12/3- Sunday 12/5 as the MVA will perform system updates that will allow us to continue to provide our customers with fast and reliable service.

Our hours this week will be as followed. So if you need renewals, titles, temp tags or anything else please stop in before Friday.
