🎉 Congratulations to our February Tech of the Month, Malcolm Norman, Technician at Heritage Volkswagen Parkville! 👏

Malcolm graduated from Lincoln Tech in 2022 and joined the Parkville team as an entry-level technician in October of that year. Since then, he has worked hard to become fully VW Certified (2023, 2024, 2025) and is currently continuing his education with advanced diagnostic courses. 🔧

In late 2025, Malcolm became an Electrical Fast Track Specialist and is actively working toward his Master Certification — a goal he’s determined to achieve.

He consistently takes the time to thoroughly inspect vehicles, check for overdue maintenance and provide customers with a clear understanding of their vehicle’s overall condition. His attention to detail and strong communication make him a valuable asset to the Volkswagen service team. 🚗
