A Quick Update for Our Customers ❤️

First and foremost, THANK YOU! We are incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in our shop following the recent hail storms. Our team has been working hard to take care of everyone as quickly and thoroughly as possible.

Because of the overwhelming response, we are currently booking approximately 3 months out for hail repairs. We want to be honest with our customers: with the volume of hail damage we are currently handling, we are not able to provide the prompt estimates and turnaround times that we feel our customers deserve.

For that reason, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause new hail damage estimates.

This is not a decision we made lightly. We believe it is the best way to focus on the customers already in our queue and make sure we can give each vehicle the time, attention, and quality of work we pride ourselves on.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of our local business. ❤️

We will provide an update as soon as we are able to begin accepting new hail estimates again.
