Looking for a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time career with benefits? We'd love to meet you!
Thielen Motors is hiring for a General Office person to join our team.

🌟 What You'll Do:
✅ Answer inbound & outbound customer calls
✅ Schedule appointments for our sales team
✅ Provide outstanding customer service
✅ Data entry, filing & general office support
✅ Follow up with current and prospective customers
✅ Manage customer information in our CRM
✅ Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) calls and emails
✅ Help generate sales opportunities for our dealership

🌟 What We're Looking For:
✔ Customer service experience
✔ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
✔ Data entry experience
✔ Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✨ BDC experience is a plus—but not required! We'll provide training for the right candidate.

This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
