From the first time I met Austin, I just knew he belonged in Human Resources. He has a natural passion for people and genuinely cares about making employees feel valued and celebrated. What I admire most is that he balances that care for people with a deep loyalty to Dan Cummins. He believes in this company, takes pride in what we do, and works every day to make a positive difference for both our employees and our organization.

In the eight short months he has been part of the HR team; he has made a tremendous impact. He jumped in with both feet, learned quickly, and became an important part of our department almost immediately. Honestly, there are days it feels like he has been sitting in the HR office for years.
