🏆 BEGINNER BRACKET
We had a great turnout for Beginner Bracket, so we’re bringing it back for the Red River Valley Throwdown!
This class gives newer racers a place to learn bracket racing, gain experience and have fun without having to jump straight into one of the regular classes.
Entry fee: $20
Payouts:
• 8–11 cars: $125 to win/$50 runner-up
• 12–15 cars: $175 to win/$75 runner-up
• 16 or more cars: $225 to win/$100 runner-up

Beginner Bracket is intended for racers with two years or less of regular bracket-racing experience. Previous adult bracket-class champions and NHRA/IHRA divisional or national-event winners are not eligible. Racers who regularly compete in Super Pro or another delay-box/electronics class are also not eligible.
Occasional test-and-tune participation, street-car racing or limited bracket experience does not automatically disqualify someone. Track management will have final approval on eligibility.
⚔️ TEXAS VS. OKLAHOMA — OFF THE TRAILER
Before the regular racing program gets rolling, two drivers representing Texas and two representing Oklahoma are going straight from their trailers to the starting line!
No test hit. No chance to figure out the surface. No excuses.
They’re coming to represent their states and put on a show for the fans at the very beginning of the night. Get through the gates early because the first pair is scheduled to roll into the lanes when the track goes hot at 8:30 PM!
🚗 MANDATORY CRUISE
True Street, Daily Driver and Outlaw Daily competitors will participate in the cruise before racing.
The cruise leaves at approximately 7:30 PM and follows the posted route through the US-82, Loop 286, Highway 271 and Airport Road area before returning to Paris Dragstrip.
Competitors must stay with the group, maintain the required pace and complete the entire cruise. Follow the directions of track officials and attend the drivers meeting for final instructions.
🏆 THE TROPHIES ARE READY
Six custom Speed For All trophies are waiting for our champions! These trophies were created specifically for the Red River Valley Throwdown and sponsored by Aaron Gibson Trucking.
Winning one of these won’t be easy—you’ll have to earn it one round at a time!
📣 RACER REMINDERS
• Read the complete rules for your class
• Make sure your vehicle is ready to pass tech
• Street-class vehicles must meet applicable registration and insurance requirements
• Cruise-class competitors must complete the required cruise
