Star Class Motors was founded as a one man Mercedes-Benz specialty shop in Papillion Nebraska in the summer of 2000 by Mark Bertelsen. Mark, a factory trained Mercedes technician for 12 years prior, could see that there was a demand for an alternative means of dealer level

service in the Omaha area and set out to fulfill this need. In the fall of 2007 Star Class moved to an upgraded facility in Papillion, NE to make room for the rapidly expanding business. Today, Star Class Motors has grown from that one man operation and is employing an entire team of technicians and staff. Star Class Motors is now servicing an entire range of fine automobiles including, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover as well as many other European makes. Auto enthusiasts at heart, Star Class has completed all kinds of jobs from mechanically restoring classic roadsters to preparing late model high performance machines for the rigors of the race track. At Star Class Motors, our employees are enthusiastic about the brands that we service. Every employee owns and drives one of these vehicles every day. We know that these special vehicles are meant to be enjoyed and require a higher level of attention to ensure that they perform to their full potential. That is why every vehicle though our doors is treated as if it were one of our own. We know that our work will be held to a higher standard, and it should be. These vehicles are created to be among the best in the world, and it is our mission to keep them there. It reflected in the vehicles that we service, sell and drive every day.
