Gibbs Towing was founded by Richard Gibbens, and his two sons, Maxwell and Richard Jr. We have spent our lifetimes working around automobiles, doing our own repairs, building drag cars and off-road toys, and racing anything with wheels and a motor. Through these experiences, we have built a large network of friends and contacts in the automotive industry, and we heard them loud and clear: Our area
needs a better towing company! Our mission at Gibbs Towing is to bring towing into the 21st century. Getting a tow till now has been a frustrating process. Customers feel like they have to wait forever for the truck to arrive, then have to go to a dingy office with a storage yard who's fence is barely hanging on to make their payments and recover their vehicle. We aim to change that. We have tracking that can show the customer exactly where their tow truck is via GPS tracking with an estimated time of arrival. Our trucks are equipped with card readers that allow the customer to pay on the spot. If the customer prefers to pay in an office, they will find the office to be neat and modern compared to most tow offices. Our storage yards will be well maintained and secured. In short, we're looking to modernize the towing industry, and still provide competitive rates at the same time.
