Mark your calendars — Saturday, November 22, we’ll be hosting a bake sale right out front of the gym to raise money for our Wrestling Club! 🙌

We’re looking for volunteers to donate homemade treats — cookies, brownies, cupcakes, or anything delicious — to help support our wrestlers. 🍰🥧

All proceeds will go directly to the Wrestling Club to help cover costs for singlets, rash guards, and other gear. 💪

🌟 This Saturday at ECJJ! 🌟

One of our very own students, Chris, will be set up at the gym from 9 AM to 12 PM offering mini-massages — just $15 for 10 minutes!

💚 All proceeds go directly to the Emerald Coast Wrestling Club to help purchase uniforms for our athletes.
💆‍♂️ Chris is a highly skilled, licensed massage therapist and an awesome part of our ECJJ family.

Come out, get loosened up, and support both Chris and our wrestling club! Your contribution helps our kids step on the mat looking sharp and feeling confident. 💪

COMPLETE RAT ROD TRANSFORMATION [2003 FLSTFI Harley-Davidson FatBoy]

This is the full transformation of a 2003 FLSTFI Harley-Davidson FatBoy Rat Rod motorcycle. We made this video so you can watch every episode from this series in one place. This motorcycle belongs to Professor Thor from Emerald Coast Jiu Jitsu. The project was a low budget, Rat Rod feel so we did a spray can patina paint job, which turned out really nice, as well as adding new light fixtures, handlebars, mirrors, etc. This bike got a full makeover and is ready to be picked up! This one took a few months to complete, with the move to the new shop putting a hold on things for a minute. But this Harley Fat Boy is finally finished and looks SO GOOD!!

MOTORCYCLE CHASE IN PANAMA CITY BEACH TURNED DEADLY, FHP INVESTIGATING
“According to a news release, the incident happened at 11:30 p.m. Saturday night (5-17-25) on Front Beach Road. Troopers said they initiated a traffic stop on a red Suzuki sport motorcycle. The rider, a 27-year-old man from Panama City Beach, failed to comply and attempted to flee, prompting a pursuit. As the motorcycle traveled westbound on Front Beach Road, troopers said the rider lost control, resulting in a crash that ejected him from the motorcycle. Troopers said they immediately rendered lifesaving aid at the scene until emergency medical personnel arrived. Despite efforts to provide emergency care, officials confirmed the man was pronounced deceased at the scene. The incident remains under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.”
