All our solenoids feature an integral through purge port to get all the air out of the nitrous and fuel solenoids and with less fittings than using a T before the solenoid.

The years the easiest way I've found to a perfect intake manifold port match, thin film of RTV to "blank" gaskets on the intake side only. Torque it down, let it dry overnight. Then remove it to find the port indents in the blank gasket. Many times that's enough, but if they aren't clear enough, some high spot blue around the ports, bolt it down again and then remove it 5-10 minutes later, makes a perfect pattern to start port matching after you cut out the excess gasket.

When we install heads here at Volcano Manifolds we typically do some minor port and combustion chamber blending and smoothing followed by hand lapping the valves to check for 100% contact and then checking valve spring installed height with an accurate original patented Mills "Hite Mike".
