Excited to be back at Slinger Super Speedway. Long day of practice today, still lacking a bit of speed but hopeful for tomorrow. It was a hot one today and my guys busted their butts all day, big thanks to Jerrad, Jay McKeage, Max Steinhorst, Nate, and my beautiful wife, Erin Wilcoxon, for jumping on the radio. Also a huge thanks to J.K. Green-Keeper coming on board to make this weekend happen along with AMS Roofing, Martin Jewelers, and Grant Thormeier-Racing.

What a night at Auburndale Speedway, back to back winners of the CARS Racin' For A Dream Inc. Charity Race! 🏁 The Grant Thormeier-Racing team capped off the weekend in Victory Lane.

The car felt strong all weekend in practice. Qualifying put us a little deeper in the field than we wanted, but we worked our way through the field quickly. On the long runs our car was hand-down the best car out there, and late in the race we found ourselves in the right place at the right time and made it count.

Proud of this entire team and the effort it took to get here! A huge thank you to Jay, Jackson, Garrett, Jerrad, Vaughn for all of their help this weekend.
