Before/after pics of a 17' Whaler we restored. It had bad gel cracking but no water intrusion. We sanded the gel down then covered the whole boat in a layer of glass then finished in gelcoat.

A customer wanted us to beef up his new console and add fwd/rear access hatches. We added a layer of 1.5 oz Matt and 1708 to the whole thing then cored the sides with 3/4" nida core....using Coosa where there are hardware attachments. Then another 1.5/1708 laminate. It's ready for the rough stuff now. Ready to rig.

Doing a gelcoat correction on this 29' Larson. Sides were scratched & marred quite a bit....looking pretty good after wetsanding & a buff. Should polish out nicely.

Just finished some heavy duty fiberglass hatches for a Seacraft restoration....also some pics of them installed on the 171 mako. We're also close to finishing our flat panel mold for pre-built and finished floor panels for your restoration.
