Now Hiring: Apparel Production & Merchandise Specialist

We’re growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join JRB Supply Co.
This position is centered around creating premium merchandise for one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry. If you enjoy working with apparel, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Operate embroidery machines
* Run DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing equipment
* Apply transfers using commercial heat presses
* Prepare, package, and inspect finished merchandise
* Maintain a clean, organized production workspace
* Assist with inventory and production workflow
* Ensure every order meets our quality standards
Qualifications
* Experience with embroidery, DTF printing, heat presses, or apparel production preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Training is available for the right candidate with the right work ethic and willingness to learn.
