Next thing you know you have a wheel falling off, while you have a heavy load, in the middle of traffic!!! (not to mention the missing lug nut.)

This engine harness had been previously repaired. Problem is, the wires are too long and unprotected. Further inspection revealed many bare spots in multiple wires, causing random misfires.

Wires must be protected and tied back to prevent and chafing, burning, melting, shorting, snagging and ripping out of plugs, connections etc.

The 6.7 Powerstroke’s exhaust manifolds are in the valley of the engine, directing all that heat energy straight to the VGT turbo. Commonly the valley of the engine is responsible for intake air. The engineers that created this were putting in some overtime!!!

The turbo in this truck has failed. While pulling the cab makes it easier, it is not the only way to do it, especially if you have no access to a lift.
