Flyin' Miata FM is the world leader in performance parts for all generations of the Mazda MX-5 Miata. We develop a very high percentage of our product line in-house.

Flyin' Miata started off as a Porsche/Audi/VW repair shop called The Dealer Alternative, but started hopping up Miatas in 1989. In 1996, the repair business was spun off and we focused on one thing: making Miatas perform better. We are probably best known for our turbo and supercharger systems, which are the standard of the industry. Basically, if we don't think what we sell is the best available we change it until it is.

With the 2016 Miata, North America recieved a 2.0l engine - a break from the revvy 1.5l found elsewhere. Luckily, the 2019 ND2 brought some improvements.

We recently worked with one of our polyurethane suppliers to update our custom bumpstop. It has the same characteristics as our previous MCU units, but with a more consistent spring rate and longer life - without affecting the price. And now it's blue. Blue is better.

The ND Miata generation marked a big change from before with sharper aesthetics and aggressive lines. Mazda's "gram strategy" shaved weight, making it one of the lightest Miatas ever.
