Why we don’t just cover rust—we STOP it. 🛑🔨

Applying Woolwax is the gold standard for undercoating, but if your frame already has heavy scaling, we take it a step further with our Rust Restoration Add-on.

The Scale: First, we use needle scalers and wire brushes to knock off the loose, flaking rust that would otherwise trap moisture or eventually fall off.

The Conversion: We apply a professional-grade rust converter. This chemically reacts with the remaining surface rust, turning it into a stable, black inert compound.

The Shield: Once cured, we seal it all in with a heavy-duty coating of Woolwax to block out salt and oxygen for good.

Regular undercoating is a preventative. Rust conversion is a remedy. By converting the rust first, we create a much stronger bond and ensure that corrosion isn’t eating your frame from the inside out under the wax.

In this video we are applying a salt neutralizing rinse to the bottom of this GX470. Followed up by a heated pressure wash.

To top it off we applied undercoating and inner cavity wax to the vehicle for maximum protection!

For our EV & Hybrid owners we take special care to mask off high voltage cables, and electric motors. This hybrid minivan is a prime example of how intricate an undercoating can get. Removal of plastic panels that cover up the majority of the underbody are essential in a quality undercoating. These panels typically are used for aerodynamics and are not specially engineered to keep salt and moisture out of your vehicles. It is important that these protective panels are removed and re installed after a coating.
