Here are some pics from around the park today. We have been busy mulching and planting; The Crepe Myrtles are on their way with their magnificent blooms in about another month. 🙂

We will be having a bonfire New Year's Eve and all are welcome to join in - nothing special, we'll just be lighting the fire, making s'mores, etc. We'll have the countdown to the New Year on the TV in the clubhouse and just generally hanging out. Feel free to join us, bring a snack to share if like, (but it's not necessary), your own drinks and let's have a nice, SAFE time bringing in 2025.

We'll also be gathering for a meal around 4 PM on New Year's Day, but we'll need to hear from you very soon if you want to join in as we'll be going to Joe Patti's in the morning to get the seafood and we will need a precise count for that. It will be $10 per person, $5 for kids over 3 to help recoup the cost of the seafood. I'll also be sending a campground text until we can get everybody using the page (folks are not used to looking at it regularly for events yet).
