REDUCED!!! Are you looking for a home with extra living space and solid construction? Look no further!! This home is not your typical built "cookie cutter" home and features extra living space that can be used for a variety of needs. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home is located in the Town of Century and sits of a large 1.40-acre corner lot with lots of room for your family to thrive. As you enter the home through the garage, you walk into a flex-room that could be used as office space, a large pantry, or a mud room. This room is adjacent to an inside laundry room that leads to the main home. The main home features a kitchen with breakfast bar, large living room open to the kitchen, a formal dining room, large den and foyer area and a large 15 x 37 room that provides endless possibilities to suit your family's needs. A few possibilities that come to mind are a game room, in-law suite, office space, or even a home-school room. Outside, there is a large, fenced yard ideal for children and pets to play safely. Additional features include an outside portable building with electricity, large, detached workshop with electricity, a metal covered awning, and a 4-car covered carport attached to the main home for extra parking. The roof was replaced in 2016 and all electrical outlets have been updated, including the main electrical panel in the home. Home is being offered $17,000 under appraised value for a quick sale. Appraisal was completed in May 2024. Call me today to schedule an appointment to see this lovely home!
