Eric recently joined us as a Service Advisor, and he brings a special skill that we’re already proud to see making a difference — Eric knows sign language! 🤟

Just yesterday, Eric was able to use sign language to assist some of our customers and help make their service experience easier and more comfortable.

Today, we fired up the grill with hot dogs and hamburgers to celebrate our incredible Service and Parts Departments! 🌭🍔

These hardworking teams have achieved two record-breaking months in a row for Service and Parts , and we couldn’t be prouder of everything they continue to accomplish. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to taking care of our customers make James River Ford a better place every day.
