Now THIS is a view worth coming home to! 🍁🏡

Another beautiful modular home set in Lovell, Maine, and we’re pretty sure this one wins for one of the prettiest backdrops! 😍

Between the gorgeous fall foliage, mountain views, and wide-open countryside, it doesn’t get much better than this!

A huge thank you to our hardworking crew and everyone involved in making another successful set happen. Most importantly, thank you to our homeowners for trusting Twin Town Homes to be part of bringing your dream home to life.

This gorgeous Ritz-Craft modular home is officially in place, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this project come together!

A big thank you to Dave's North Country Modular Homes for another great set, cote_crane_rigging for the heavy lifting, and our amazing crew of helpers who make these days happen! 💪

👋 It’s almost time to say goodbye to the Davenport!

Today is your LAST chance to walk through our beautiful Champion Modular Davenport on the lot! Tomorrow, we start taking down the interior and preparing her to be craned onto the transport frames Friday before beginning her journey to Bowdoin next week. 🏡❤️

It’s always bittersweet watching a favorite leave—but seeing it become someone’s HOME is the best part!

And don’t worry… we won’t leave that spot empty for long. 😉 A beautiful new home is already in the works to take its place, and we think you’re going to LOVE this one.

We’ve officially recovered from a little case of SET WHIPLASH from last week. 😂🏠

The plan: Set a modular in Monmouth on Tuesday.
Mother Nature: Absolutely not. 🌧️ 🛑
CMP: Line-down cancelled.

So… what do you do when you already have a set crew ready, a crane scheduled, drivers moving and an entire day planned?

Apparently, you regroup, reroute and send everybody to DURHAM! 😂

A few phone calls later (okay… A LOT of phone calls 📱😵‍💫), we rerouted Keeley Crane, shifted our entire set crew, rearranged schedules and headed to Durham to set a completely different house.

But don’t worry … we circled back and got Monmouth set too on Thursday 🙌

At the end of it all, both homes were safely set on their foundations and two very excited homeowners finally got to see their beautiful new homes come together. ❤️🏡

Plans change. Weather happens. Schedules get turned completely upside down.

But you regroup, lean on a pretty incredible team, and get 👏 it 👏 done.

Huge shoutout to our set crew Dave's North Country Modular Homes , Keeley Crane Service, our drivers, and everyone behind the scenes who rolled with the punches without missing a beat.

🚨 SPECIAL DELIVERY: GRAY, MAINE! 🚨

Danielle took her maiden voyage in the BIG truck today! 😂🚛

Destination: Gray, Maine.
Mission: Special delivery.
Confidence level: Questionable, but committed. 😂

And before anyone asks… NO, she doesn’t ACTUALLY drive the truck. 🤣 She knows her strengths, and maneuvering several tons of truck down Maine roads isn’t one of them.

But hey… everybody has to start somewhere! 😎
