This role involves managing financial records and ensuring accuracy with daily operations and inventory.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, CDK. Maintain account reconciliation for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Requirements

We are looking to add to our Big Rig Family!

PARTS DEPARTMENT

The Parts Counterperson is responsible for selling heavy duty truck parts.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Look up and sell heavy duty truck parts using parts manuals (hard copy and electronic) to identify the correct part needed.
Use and operate a computer and multiple computer programs.
Locate available parts when the store is out of stock. Provide price quotes and other information. Work with internal and external customers to provide the needed part(s). Work with service manager and technician for job completion. Must be able to prioritize tasks and work independently. Must be able to maintain paper work and juggle a constantly changing environment. Stay up to date on parts knowledge. Navigate parts manuals, both electronic and hard copy. May operate a forklift. Meet commitments, work independently, accepts accountability, handles change, stays focused under pressure, meet attendance/punctuality requirements.

DIESEL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Preventative Maintenance, Rebuilding Equipment, Troubleshooting & Lifting. Maine State Inspection License and CDL A are a bonus but not required.
