Would like to thank everyone for their prayers. Procudurr # 5 went well. After 18 days in the hospital going home tomorrow. Hopefully only one more procedure to go and it can be done as outpatient. Will be awhile recovering and will always have pancreatic issues but he is headed in the right direction.

Fellow Racers,
Tim has been sick since spring with pancreatitis. Long story short he has a lot of necrotic/dead tissue, from the pancreas, that has spread throughout his abdomen cavity. He is under going his 4th procedure this morning to clean out this tissue. He is looking at a total of 10 to 15 of these procedures, similar to an endoscopy. If they can get a piece of specialized equipment out of North Carolina it will reduce the number to 2-3.
Your prayers are greatly appreciated for their ability to get this machine and his speedy recovery.

In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.
—ABRAHAM LINCOLN

David Lee Bradley, age 61, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away suddenly surrounded by the love of his family on November 16, 2024 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

David, affectionately known as Dave, was born in the fleeting days of winter on March 30, 1963. He was the blessing of the Late Russell Lee Bradley and Ann Hopkins Bradley Groves and her husband Steve of whom resides in Ashland, Kentucky. Dave graduated from Boyd County High School. He had an eye for detail and a passion for vehicles. Dave turned this into a life long dream of working on cars. He spent many years racing in the IHRA at I-64 Motorplex. Dave thought you only had one life why not go fast. He had a giving heart and would help anyone in need. His smile was infectious and to meet him was to love him. Dave enjoyed the great outdoors and found peace out in nature camping. Much like other from Kentucky, Dave was an avid UK Fan. He loved to watch the games and cheer on the Cats. He was loved by family and friends and leaves behind a legacy that will carry on in their hearts for many years to come.

Dave was blessed to find true love again after the passing of his first wife, and he spent ten years of true happiness with his wife Pam Blevins Bradley of whom he left behind. Also surviving are his children, David Ryan Bradley of Kentucky, Jessica and Mandi Dempsey of Huntington, WV, and Zachary and Megan Reed of West Portsmouth, OH, his precious grandchildren Baby Miles, Rhianna Paige, and Gavin Tyler, his brothers Danny Bradley and his wife Nikki of Ashland, KY, and Steven Groves and his wife Cathy of Ashland, Kentucky, his sisters Penny Workman and her husband P.R. of Ashland, Kentucky, Tammy Delawder and her husband Doyle of Ashland, Kentucky, Lee Ann Adkins of Ashland, Kentucky, and Tasha Bradley also of Ashland, Kentucky. Dave also leaves behind his devoted companion, his cat Zane.

In addition to his father, Dave is enjoying a Heavenly reunion with his first love, his wife Teresa Hall Bradley who passed in 2014. Dave was met just across the rainbow bridge by Priss, his precious dog.
