Vass CDJR is looking for a motivated, organized, and driven Parts Manager to join our fast-growing team! If you have leadership skills, dealership parts experience, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operations of the parts department
* Maintain proper inventory levels and ordering processes
* Work closely with service technicians and advisors
* Monitor gross profit, obsolescence, and inventory turns
* Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and billing procedures
* Build strong relationships with vendors and customers
* Lead and motivate parts department staff
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient department

Qualifications:

* Automotive parts experience required
* CDK experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of Mopar parts is a plus
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
