Cappello's Auto Repair in Ossining is looking to add an experienced A/B-level technician.

And you do not have to be unemployed or actively looking for another job to talk to me.

If you're a good mechanic who's tired of dealership politics, inconsistent flat-rate checks, fighting for work or simply wondering whether there's something better out there, I'd like to have a private conversation.

💰 Guaranteed weekly salary
📈 Production bonuses on top
💵 Approximately $78K–$110K+ earning potential
🔧 Diagnostic and electrical experience highly valued
📅 Primarily Monday–Friday
🗓 Occasional Saturdays when workload requires it
🤝 Small independent shop — deal directly with the owner
🎓 Training opportunities
💰 Retention/sign-on package available

I'm looking for somebody reliable who fixes cars correctly, communicates well and wants a place they can stay long term.

Already working somewhere?

That's fine. Everything stays confidential.

Know a great technician who might be interested? I'm also willing to pay a referral bonus for the right hire.

Message me privately or contact Vince at Cappello's Auto Repair in Ossining.

Please share.
