In observance of Memorial Day, Johnson Oil will be closing Friday, May 22nd at noon and will remain closed Monday, May 25th. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday.

We’re looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our propane & refined fuel delivery team!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, staying organized, and working closely with customers, drivers, and office staff in a fast-paced environment—especially during the busy heating and peak farming seasons.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Answer customer calls and schedule fuel deliveries
✔ Assist with dispatching and delivery coordination
✔ Provide billing support, process payments, and update accounts
✔ Communicate with drivers and service technicians
✔ Assist customers in a variety of situations
What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using phones and computers
• Office or customer service experience preferred
• Self-motivated
• Industry experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person
🕒 Position: Part-time (mostly afternoons). Flexibility is important, as this role will help cover when other office staff are out. Great opportunity for someone interested in growing within the industry, with potential for full-time in the future.
