Help Wanted-Yard Person

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Yard Person to join our team at J&J Auto Salvage, in Orrington. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position focused on pulling parts only- no selling, just solid hands-on work.

What We’re Looking For:

- Someone who knows their way around a toolbox (must have some tools)
- A good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Experience with auto parts or salvage a plus, but not required

If you’re comfortable working outdoors and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.

Yard person needed for removing parts from salvage yard; must have some knowledge of automobiles as well as an active drivers license

Automotive mechanic needed to install and repair all makes and models. Growing business with plenty of room to excel.

We work a forty-hour week and on the rare occasion we work overtime it pays time and a half after forty hours.

Must have own tools, familiarity with ALLDATA a plus, drivers license a must, state inspection a plus, ability to communicate and work with others a plus.

I will challenge you, one day you will install an engine in a 1985 Chevy Truck and the next day you will install a computer in a 2016 Corolla, can you handle it?

The work must be right and I will pay you accordingly what ever seems fair.

We have paid vacations, paid holidays and sick pay with other benefits.
