Thrifty Car Rental is looking for a versatile team player to be a customer service representative with additional car cleaning and driving responsibilities. Our Counter Service Representatives answer calls, check out customers using our computer software, and strive for customer satisfaction with a readiness to answer questions and provide helpful information. Confidence, an eagerness to learn new skills and the desire to do that in a team environment makes this the job for you!
Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Communicating with customers through various channels; phone, text, email and in person
- Drive vehicles to various locations and surrounding area businesses
- Clean and inspect vehicles after each rental
- Process rental agreements through a computerized system
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Representative Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Safe driving record required
- Ability to problem solve and assist customers
- Proficient Computer skills
- Experience working with customer support
