Lot repair this morning!
Fixing up our mesh screen on our fenceline after a few crazy wind storms the last few months.
Took about 100 zip ties to get it back to how it was before.

Some repairs are a lot easier than others!

A little morning walk-through at the lot! 🔧☀️

Spent some time checking over our Deckover Tilts and knocking out a few small repairs on the 20’ Enclosed and 34’ PJ Car Hauler.

Nothing too exciting, just another day of staying ahead of maintenance and making sure everything is ready for the next rental.

With how often these trailers are on the road, there’s always something that needs a little attention. Never a shortage of things to do around here!

Well, a little more damage to deal with today! 😂🔧

Our 16’ Enclosed Trailer just returned from a 4,000-mile trip out to Route 66 for its 100th anniversary. Normally, I don’t allow vehicles inside our smaller enclosed trailers, but with this one weighing less than 2,000 lbs, I made an exception.

Unfortunately, a passenger-side rear tire blowout completely took out the fender, along with a few minor scratches on the driver’s side panels. Thankfully, nothing too serious!

Already picked up a replacement fender from David’s Trailers here in town. They’ve always got a great selection of parts when we need them!

Now to get it fixed up and back on the road! 💪

Got a call during a rental that the toolbox on our 34’ trailer had gotten damaged.

Things happen — that’s part of renting equipment. What really matters is how it’s handled.

This customer went out, found a direct replacement toolbox, and even took care of installing it for us. By the time the trailer comes back, it’ll already be taken care of. 💪

We’re fortunate to have some really great customers who treat our equipment like it’s their own.

4,000 miles later and right back to work! 🧼

The 20’ Enclosed #2 just got back from a trip to Texas, so it was time for a good wash before heading back out to a car show this weekend.

Clean it up, check it over, and onto the next one! 💪

First service is officially in the books for the new MAXX-D Deckover! 🔧

Hard to believe this trailer has already crossed 10,000 miles since we purchased it just a few months ago. It’s been one of the busier additions to the fleet, which is definitely a good problem to have.

With the amount of miles our trailers see, I’d much rather handle maintenance early than wait until something needs attention. You never know when the next rental could be a long-distance haul, and the last thing I want is a customer having a problem hundreds of miles from home.

A little preventative maintenance goes a long way. Keep them serviced, keep them ready, and keep them moving! 💪

Another little project around the yard is officially finished! 🔐

Our new keybox station is up and running, which means all of our rental keyboxes are now in one central location instead of being attached to each individual trailer.

This should make things easier for customers during our contactless pickups, and a whole lot easier for us to keep track of everything on our end.

Always trying to make the process a little simpler and more organized around here. Let’s see how this setup works! 💪

The new 34’ Aluminum 2-Car Hauler is officially freshly serviced and ready to WORK! 🔧🔥

Went through all three axles, swapped out the old marine grease for fresh Lucas Red & Tacky, replaced a few older bearings and races, and cleaned the surface rust off the spindles while everything was apart.

New trailer or not, I like knowing exactly what we’re starting with. Now it’s serviced, gone through, and ready to start putting some miles down. 💪

Can’t wait to see what you guys haul with this one! 👀

A few changes are underway around the yard! 🔧

One of the bigger ones is moving all of our trailer lockboxes off the individual trailers and onto one permanent station at the lot. Instead of having to find the right trailer and then locate its lockbox, everything will now be in one central, easy-to-find location.

It should make our contactless pickup process even simpler for renters, while also helping us make sure every lockbox gets properly closed and secured after each rental.

Can’t move all the locks over as of yet, and that’s because we don’t have all our trailers at the yard ever!

Just picked up a new 34-foot aluminum two-car hauler! It weighs only 2,700 pounds—about half as much as our current 34-footer—and has triple 5K torsion axles for a smooth ride. Rock Guard as well to help protect from any road hazards from hitting your ride!

I’m especially excited to offer another option for lowered cars. It will be getting outfitted with a winch, straps, new tires, and a few other useful things. More photos once it’s all set up!
