Superior Detailer took flight on this one. ✈️

We took SD on the road and headed out to DeLand Airport to work on this Extra NG, and this project was every bit as fun as it looks.

Aircraft finishes need the same level of care and precision as high-end automotive paint. This Extra NG had swirls, a few sanding mark defects, and areas that needed proper refinement before protection could be applied.

After carefully correcting the finish, we polished the surface to a high gloss and locked it in with a thick layer of Modesta BC-08 for gloss, durability, and easier maintenance. 🛡✅

Cars, aircraft, or anything with a finish worth protecting — the process still matters. Proper prep, careful correction, and premium protection will always make the difference. 🤩

And yes… clean planes fly better too. 😮‍💨

Black paint is beautiful, but it tells on everything.

Swirls, sanding haze, overspray, faded trim, and improper wipe-downs show up fast on darker finishes because the surface reflects light with very little forgiveness. That’s why proper correction work matters so much — especially after body shop repairs or repaint work where overspray and polishing marks can be left behind.

This Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo is a perfect example.

We originally worked on this vehicle back in 2024, but after a recent visit to a body shop, the finish came back with swirls, overspray, and faded trim that had taken away from that deep black Porsche gloss.

And everyone knows — when it comes to black paint, we are THE experts! 😃

We performed a Level 2 Paint Correction to remove the swirls, cleaned up the overspray, restored clarity to the finish, and brought the trim back to life. Once the paint was properly refined, we protected it with Modesta BC-08 ceramic coating for long-term gloss, durability, and easier maintenance. 🛡

Now this Taycan Cross Turismo is back to its original deep, glossy black finish — exactly how it should be. The owner was thrilled, and that’s always the best part of the process. 💎✅ 🤩

Some cars show up and immediately remind you why proper prep matters. This 2024 McLaren Artura in MSO Ludus Blue came to us gently used, but the paint had the typical swirls, haze, and minor defects that can take away from the true intensity of a color like this.

We started with a Level 2 Paint Correction to refine the finish, improve clarity, and bring that vibrant Ludus Blue back to life. Once corrected, we protected the high-impact areas with our Track Pack Paint Protection Film package, giving the front end and key impact zones real-world defense against rock chips, road debris, and Florida roads.

To finish it off, we coated the Artura with Modesta BC-05 for incredible gloss, slickness, durability, and easier maintenance. Because a McLaren should look wild sitting still and stay protected when it’s out doing McLaren things. 😮‍💨

Now our client can enjoy his new Artura with peace of mind, knowing the finish has been properly corrected, protected, and locked in with premium protection.

Some cars pull into the shop and instantly set the tone. This 2026 Porsche Panamera showed up with presence, but the paint needed the right level of refinement before protection could truly do its thing.

We started with a Level 2 Paint Correction to clean up the finish, improve clarity, and bring the depth back into that dark paint. Once corrected, we locked it in with Modesta BC-08 on the paint for gloss, durability, and easier maintenance.

The wheels also received Modesta BC-06, giving them high-temp protection against brake dust, heat, and daily road grime. Because Porsche wheels deserve protection too. 😮‍💨

Spent some time with this stunning Black Olive PTS Porsche 911 GT3 RS. We replaced the front bumper film, gave it a full detail, and added windshield protection film to help guard that glass against road rash. Can’t wait to see this one at the Winter Park Festivals of Speed of Speed car show today. 😃

We recently had the opportunity to detail and protect this stunning 2026 Porsche GT3 Touring (Leichtbau) finished in Oak Green Metallic. 🤩

The paint received a light correction to refine swirls, followed by a full-body SunTek Reaction PPF wrap. Magnesium lightweight wheels, brake calipers, PPF, and all exterior glass were coated with Modesta, we also applied windshield protection film for added peace of mind. 😃

Always a win seeing a car like this leave with the proper level of protection—exactly what a high-caliber Porsche deserves. 🛡✅

Looking back at this stunning Porsche Carrera S Correction and Modesta coating. Here's what we did: 🤩

This 993 Porsche 911 Carrera S rolled in already incredibly well preserved, nearly concours-level in every sense. Still, even the cleanest paint can hide the subtle swirls and micro-scratches that steal gloss and mute true depth. Clean is one thing — flawless clarity is another.

We took its Guards Red finish to that next echelon with a Level 2 paint correction, allowing the light to fall across the curves the way Porsche intended back in the ‘90s. With that clarity unlocked, we sealed the glow with Modesta BC-08 for lasting warmth, slickness, and that liquid-wet look. 💦

The only downside? The client was relocating out of state days later. Wish I had more time with this beauty. Cars like this remind us how rare craftsmanship can be — and how special it feels to take something great and make it truly exceptional.

Timeless chassis. Timeless color. Timeless glow. 💎
