THE NEW 992.2 TURBO S. 🚀

Porsche didn’t exactly take it easy with this one. 🤩

The new 992.2 Turbo S is the fastest and most powerful production 911 Porsche has ever built — 701 horsepower, twin eTurbos, T-Hybrid technology, and 0–60 mph in just 2.4 seconds. 🤯

So when a brand-new Gentian Blue Metallic Turbo S arrives at SD, there’s really only one appropriate level of protection:

All of it. 😎

Before a single piece of film went down, we refined the paint to bring out everything this color has to offer. From there, the entire car was wrapped in our signature custom-fit full-body SunTek Reaction PPF installation, giving this Turbo S serious impact protection without taking away from that incredible factory finish. 💎✅

Then we took the protection even further:

🔹Modesta BC-X applied over the PPF ✅
🔹Wheels + calipers protected with Modesta BC-06 ✅
🔹Windshield protection film installed ✅

Reaction gives the body the physical protection it needs against road debris, while Modesta adds another layer of performance and makes maintaining the car considerably easier.

Because a Turbo S wasn’t built to spend its life hiding in the garage.
It was built to be driven.

Now this one can be enjoyed the way Porsche intended — with a little less worrying about what the road throws at it.

Project Update: 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo S | Lapis Blue Metallic 🔵

This is where the term paint correction really starts to mean something.

Our 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo S project is well underway, and this Lapis Blue Metallic paint is finally starting to show the depth, clarity, and richness that was hiding underneath years of defects.

Paint correction isn’t simply “polishing” a vehicle or making the paint look shiny. It’s the controlled process of safely leveling and refining defects in the clear coat—swirls, scratches, oxidation, haze, and other imperfections that mute the finish and prevent the true color from coming through.

On this 911, we started with a heavy correction stage to address the deeper defects, followed by a lighter refinement step to further improve clarity and finish quality.

And now? That Lapis Blue is absolutely coming alive. 🤩

There’s still more work ahead, but this is exactly why we love restorative detailing. Watching an older Porsche regain the depth and character it was meant to have never gets old.

Another brand-new Porsche straight from the dealership and straight to SD. 🔥

This **2026 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring** arrived in one of my favorite Porsche colors — **GT Silver Metallic** — and the plan from the beginning was simple: protect it before the miles start adding up.

We performed our **New Car Prep Detail**, followed by a **full-body SunTek Films Reaction PPF wrap** to protect every painted panel from rock chips and road wear.

To finish it off, the PPF was coated with **Modesta BC-X**, while the wheels received **Modesta BC-06** for added protection and easier maintenance.

There’s nothing better than getting one of these cars protected properly from day one.

And a GT Silver GT3 Touring? 🤌 Yeah… this one is tough to beat.

Happy Monday! 👊 We’re kicking off the week with another Porsche project.

This Lapis Blue Metallic 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo is officially in the works. The car is already in immaculate condition, but even a well-kept 911 can benefit from the SD touch. SuperiorDetailer ✅

We started with our Premium Exterior Prep, thoroughly cleaning and decontaminating the exterior to get the paint ready for correction.
Next up: swirl elimination and paint refinement to bring even more clarity, depth, and gloss out of this beautiful blue finish. ✨

And yes… wheels off means we’re getting into the details. 😎

Brand new. Black. Manual. And ready to be driven. 🖤

This 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera T came to us exactly when we like to see them — before the road has a chance to leave its mark.

On a new 911, PPF is one of the smartest things you can do before you start enjoying the car the way Porsche intended. Rock chips, road debris, bug etching and everyday wear can happen fast, especially on the front end. 💡

We protected this Carrera T with paint protection film, helping preserve that deep black finish while letting the owner drive it without stressing over every mile. 🥹

We also installed windshield protection film for another layer of defense against road debris and added peace of mind behind the wheel. 🛡✅🤩

Major Porsche 911 Restoration! 🤩

This 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet arrived with just 30,000 miles on the clock, but cosmetically, it was starting to show its age. The previous full-front PPF had reached the end of its service life, and the paint needed serious refinement to bring the car back to the level it deserved.

We began by carefully removing the old PPF, followed by our premium wheels-off detail. The wheels, brake calipers, suspension components, and wheel wells were thoroughly cleaned and restored before we moved on to a Level 3 paint correction.

This intensive correction process removed years of defects and significantly improved the clarity, depth, and gloss of the paint.

New PPF was then installed across the entire front end and doors to protect the most vulnerable areas from rock chips and road debris. To finish the project, we coated the film with Modesta BC-X for additional gloss, slickness, and easier maintenance.

The result is a properly refreshed and protected 911 Turbo S that looks dramatically closer to its true potential. The owner was thrilled—and with vehicles like these, proper detailing and protection can make a meaningful difference in both presentation and long-term value. 🛡️💎✅

Superior Detailer took flight on this one. ✈️

We took SD on the road and headed out to DeLand Airport to work on this Extra NG, and this project was every bit as fun as it looks.

Aircraft finishes need the same level of care and precision as high-end automotive paint. This Extra NG had swirls, a few sanding mark defects, and areas that needed proper refinement before protection could be applied.

After carefully correcting the finish, we polished the surface to a high gloss and locked it in with a thick layer of Modesta BC-08 for gloss, durability, and easier maintenance. 🛡✅

Cars, aircraft, or anything with a finish worth protecting — the process still matters. Proper prep, careful correction, and premium protection will always make the difference. 🤩

And yes… clean planes fly better too. 😮‍💨

Black paint is beautiful, but it tells on everything.

Swirls, sanding haze, overspray, faded trim, and improper wipe-downs show up fast on darker finishes because the surface reflects light with very little forgiveness. That’s why proper correction work matters so much — especially after body shop repairs or repaint work where overspray and polishing marks can be left behind.

This Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo is a perfect example.

We originally worked on this vehicle back in 2024, but after a recent visit to a body shop, the finish came back with swirls, overspray, and faded trim that had taken away from that deep black Porsche gloss.

And everyone knows — when it comes to black paint, we are THE experts! 😃

We performed a Level 2 Paint Correction to remove the swirls, cleaned up the overspray, restored clarity to the finish, and brought the trim back to life. Once the paint was properly refined, we protected it with Modesta BC-08 ceramic coating for long-term gloss, durability, and easier maintenance. 🛡

Now this Taycan Cross Turismo is back to its original deep, glossy black finish — exactly how it should be. The owner was thrilled, and that’s always the best part of the process. 💎✅ 🤩

This is what proper restoration, correction, and protection look like when black paint needs to be brought back the right way.
