Last weekend, 25+ Towne professionals laced up for the Greater Nashville Heart Walk, coming together to support the American Heart Association and its work to fight heart disease and stroke. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated and supported our team. One of our teams, Towne Pace Makers, was among the Top 10 fundraising teams, making the day even more meaningful for everyone who participated.

We were also proud to sponsor the Pup-arazzi, celebrating the four-legged friends who joined us for the walk. 🐾 And a big shoutout to our event sponsors, Embassy Suites by Hilton Vanderbilt and EverLine Coatings and Services, for supporting the cause alongside us.

A high-traffic coastal California city transformed parking with Nexity by Towne.

Real-time occupancy tracking, smart parking guidance, mobile and web-based payments, and revenue management technology helped reduce congestion, improve parking efficiency, streamline payments, and maximize revenue.

The result? Monthly revenue more than doubled, some months reached 3X growth, and space utilization reached 95%, while more than 90,000 drivers adopted the mobile app. Improved parking flow also helped enhance dwell time and the visitor experience.
