Dear Mr. G and Mr. M:

Elation is attained when an experience far exceeds one’s expectations. I’ve had some really unpleasant encounters when buying a new vehicle. Hearing the process hasn’t changed in the ten years since I last bought a car, I expected more of the same. As THE Auto Advisor for my recent new pickup purchase, Beth S’s management, guidance, and collaboration changed all that for the better. Safe to say, I am elated.

It is fortunate USF’s credit union has a relationship with Auto Advisors. More fortunately, my case was referred to Beth. From my first conversation with her, I sensed car buying was going to be better this time around. Beth’s enthusiasm for her work, and her experience in the industry shows through in every conversation. She provides valuable insights into the car market, warranties, as well as savvy buying strategies. Plus, Beth is just really pleasant to work with. She even kept the buying process going - despite my making things difficult when I changed my desired make and model. Once I committed to a test drive, Beth, met my wife and me at the dealership. She set us up with sales and finance people who were very nice to work with. No doubt, another advantage of being in Beth’s network. Negotiating the deal, with Beth there as my spirit guide, then finalizing the purchase was efficient, fair, and easy. Thanks to Beth, I could not imagine a better buying experience.

When it’s time to buy another vehicle, I’ll play by the rules and call Auto Advisors. But, if Beth Shoup is advising - she’ll be the one I want on my side; every time.

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry in Hollywood, FL through your service. I have filled out your survey, but I wanted to email you personally to tell you how amazing my advisor, Marcos P. was.

I hate buying cars. I assume that I will always be "taken for a ride" by the dealer in some fashion along the way. I was very nervous about this purchase, but was happy that my Credit Union recommended I use you. Marcos found exactly the car I needed, explained everything, and went above and beyond, even to the point to meeting me at the dealership on the day I purchased the car to explain each and every page I would sign. He made sure all my questions were answered, and that the dealership took good care of me and didn't charge me for anything extra.

I was so incredibly impressed with your service, and Marcos. Two other family members have used it, and I have recommended your service to several people already. I will definitely use you again.

This is a lovely email from a USF FCU about Beth. She saved the day!

Good morning Sir,

This is Chris H and family.

We recently had the pleasure to meet Beth S. as our USF FCU Auto Advisor. We were not sure how this process would unfold. Our over the phone contact with Beth was very pleasant as we searched for cars and changed our parameters around. After some time we finally settled on a couple of Toyota Corollas for our daughter at Autonation at Pinella's Park.

When we arrived from Sarasota and met Beth, we learned that those cars were not available. At that point Beth took immediate charge, as we were all disappointed to have made that drive for nothing, it seemed. In a very short time, Beth was able to negotiate an amazing deal for a brand new car ( 5miles! ), which we had never considered before. As the salesmen and their financial advisers were coming together to discuss a potential deal for us, Beth didn't stop there but talked to multiple employees with familiarity, to make sure that this deal will be going through.

In the end, her first contact person, Connor, was able to secure the deal and even put brand new floor mats into the car, after Beth told him to just switch them over ( the part that stays with us is, when Connor's head snapped over to her in disbelief and she just nonchalantly shrugged and nodded "let's do this" ).

In conclusion, we know that we could never have gotten this deal without Beth. Not even close! Not only was it done in a timely manner, but also very professional and laid back for us.
Beth is an amazing person; very knowledgeable, professional, and we look forward to working with her again in the future. ( and only with her! )

When it rains, it pours...but in an excellent way!! Great job, Marcos!

Dear Joe,

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Marcos P. for the excellent service he provided during my vehicle-buying experience.

Marcos took the time to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and explained the entire process so I knew what to expect. He even accompanied me to the dealership, helped communicate with the dealer, and made sure my questions, concerns, and opinions were heard.

The process never felt rushed. He made sure the vehicle was what I wanted and stayed with me at the dealership until I drove off the lot. When we experienced technical difficulties with the vehicle, he also stayed with me and the technician to make sure everything was properly addressed.

Marcos truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his patience, support, and dedication throughout the entire process. I wanted to make sure his excellent customer service was recognized.
