We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys diagnostics, and wants consistent, reliable workflow in a professional environment.

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
Perform general repairs (brakes, suspension, maintenance), along with engine, transmission, and electrical work
Troubleshoot drivability and electrical issues efficiently and accurately
Maintain organized workflow and clear communication with the team
Take ownership of your work while upholding quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic ability (electrical experience required)
Experience with engines and transmissions
A dependable, professional technician who takes pride in doing the job right
Team-oriented, but capable of working independently
Own tools and reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
ASE certifications are a plus

Compensation:
Commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential
Most experienced technicians earn $5,800–$9,200+ per month, depending on performance
Consistent workflow that supports steady hours and reliable earnings
Pay increases with efficiency, skill, and quality of work

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays (as needed)

Mitch’s Autoworks has proudly served Utah County for over 20 years, and we’re looking for a skilled, experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. Centrally located in Utah County, we’re known for honest service, quality repairs, and excellent customer care.

We are an independent repair shop with a clean, climate-controlled facility and updated diagnostic and shop equipment, offering a professional, drama-free work environment.

Position Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues
Perform repairs on a wide range of makes and models
Services include oil changes, brake jobs, suspension repairs, engine/transmission replacements, and electrical diagnostics
Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety

Qualifications:
6–10 years of hands-on automotive repair experience required
ASE certifications a plus
Resume must clearly show relevant experience
Must have own tools and reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
Commission-based pay structure based on experience and performance.
No cap on earnings.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required to finish jobs, depending on workload
