Fun Fact: 30% Credit Utilization Rate,

how much of your credit (credit cards, heloc, loans, etc) is being used
if you only have one $100 credit card with a balance of $10 you are using 10% of your "Available Credit"
but if you had a 2 $500 credit cards totaling $1,000 with a total balance of $10, then you would be using 1% of your available credit or a 1% Credit Utilization Rate

a big part of car sales is navigating credit, in our training this morning we learned a lot about what affects your credit

with all the bells and whistles one thing I would like is a head rest adjuster, those can be a pain to adjust by yourself while driving, and a pain to leave un-adjusted
haven't seen it except for the crazy expensive stuff

Fun Fact: By law the manufacturer has to repair all recalls for free, even 10 years later, just take the car to an authorized dealer.

NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) these guys are in charge of Recalls.
if a vehicle manufacturer defect is found, especially regarding safety, a recall is issued.

this website can tell you what, if any, recalls have been issued on your vehicle, they can also tell you if the recall has been fixed or not

😢Every month cars like this one go to auction. Because they were unloved. Everyone passed them by for the newer sparkly model, without imperfections

Anyway for some cars it's their time, but a lot of them are the biggest bang for your buck

Fun fact: when buying a car bring POI (Proof of Income (last 2 pay stubs)) and POR (Proof of Residency(utility bill, bank statement, anything with your name and address on it, sometimes your part stubs will have both))

i keep going down rabbit holes
i think others give up or don't try and i can do it i can try i can figure it out , but i go for an hour a day or more and find out at the end that, the customer isn't ready to buy, doesn't show up for the appointment, doesn't like the deal, isn't motivated, etc
i need to learn phrases practices etc, that will help me to be productive and effective

I drove up to Sandy today to pickup this truck for a customer, found out it had been sold, along with 3 backups
