Update: This post was simply to help inform our customers and friends where to park and where not to. The Walker Family has been great neighbors and we want to help make sure their businesses continue to thrive! We do appreciate your understanding in making sure that our neighboring businesses have plenty of room for their customers to park. And if you happen to stop by and eat, go check them out!

Please note that our neighbors to the east will have you towed if you park there. We don’t want any of our customers to come and eat and walk out to a towed vehicle.

We also apologize to our neighbors for the inconvenience. We are truly blessed that Semmes is growing and we can all benefit from it.

We have added additional parking in the back of our building.

PSA ***** I am not a lawyer ******just a tow owner that likes to study law . Resent a question was brought up under SC Law.
A vehicle found parked on private property may be towed and stored at the expense of the registered owner or lienholder, subject to the limitations on allowed storage charges set forth in Section 29-15-10, and charges for towing, storing, preserving the vehicle, and expenses incurred if the owner and lienholder are notified pursuant to Section 29-15-10 constitute a lien against the vehicle, provided that the towing company makes notification to the law enforcement agency pursuant to Section 56-5-2525.
This is SC Law there has been a few questions regarding this lately also if the property is used for commercial use like a business not a party then signs are needed . So this a good rule of thumb if you don’t know dont go.
