Effective this evening at 8 p.m., Covernor Lamont’s Stay Home, Stay Safe order will be implemented. Please be advised that Lemay Motors is EXEMPT from this order as we are considered an essential business. That being said, at this time, we will remain open for business. Of course, this is subject to change and/or our hours may change but for now we are open our regular business hours. Inn case anyone is wondering why we remain open, it is because we have many current customers that are in the medical field, are first responders, etc. and in order to get to work, they need their vehicles so if they need repairs, we need to stay open for them.....as well as all of our other valued customers. Please see below for details I composed in a recent post for what we are doing to sanitize and the alternate non contact ways you can drop your vehicle off and pick it up by using our drop off box (details below):
The world is grappling with a pandemic of an enormous scale and impact on our families, our businesses and our communities. Firstly, our hearts go out to those affected by the Coronavirus (Covid-19) either directly or indirectly. Our first priority will always be the well being of our staff, our customers and our business partners.
Lemay Motors would like to let you know that as of right now, we will remain open during these trying times. You can expect that we will continue to deliver the same level of service for you, our valued customers that you have come to know and expect. We have taken precautionary steps in our small office and waiting room by wiping down and disinfecting all surfaces, door handles, chairs, etc. several times throughout the day.
As most of our current customers know, we have a drop box service that is usually used for after hours car drops. If it makes you feel safer, you are more than welcome to open the red mailbox that is located next to the first overhead door while we are open, fill out the form and sign it, place the key inside and place it in the mail slot that is on the first overhead door. We will then take that form and call you to discuss what your vehicle’s needs are and provide you with an estimate. You are also welcome to continue to enter the office during our regular business hours and speak to Craig directly to drop off your vehicle. Just looking to provide you with both options for your comfort and convenience. When it is your time to pick-up your vehicle, you can simply call us and pay over the phone using a credit or debit card or continue to come in and pay as usual.
For your information, you will be coming into contact for the most part with Craig only and thankfully, as of now, he has not tested positive for COVID-19 nor does he have any symptoms and feels fine.
