Hi friends,

Thank you to all of our renters this year! We have had a great time hearing all of your stories as you come back from your adventures or staycations with us this year.

Moving into our 2026 year planning we will have a few changes to our service.

We are going to be able to support your road trips or if you want to pick up the camper to set up locally.

We will be very limited in our ability to support staycations. The air B&B experience where we have everything set at the local sites. Ashley and my work hours have changed and we do not have as much availability on Fridays. If we are able to support them we will have a delivery fee starting at $50 min and possible mileage charge.

With this change we are keeping our rental prices the same for this year at $135 and rentals will include the $15 for insurance for you to drive it to your desired camp site. We are also keeping our mileage rate the same. 100 miles free per night and $0.45 after that.

We are going to have to add an off grid fee of $100 if you are using the generator and water tank.

If you are looking for a long term rental we are able to support those as well.

We are taking bookings now for 2026. If you are looking to camp on any holiday you will need to book those spots now. Payment for us is not due until check in.

Hey campers found out about another great camping spot in the area. Their nightly camp spots are well priced and offer cheaper weekly rates. These are full hookup sites so great spots for us to set up at.

Some have asked about what is provided with our camper. We provide seating for 9. 2 padded chairs one bench chair 5 quad chairs. I have a lot more seating if needed.

We also provide:
1 popup canopy
Weights for canopy
1 out door grill, 1 gas tank
2 extension cords
1 canopy fan
1 table fan
1 light string for canopy
2 picnic table pads
1 tiki table torch
1 table cloth
1 camp table
1 Coleman cooler
All cooking items
Plates, bowls, flatware
Towels, washcloths, toilet paper
Cleaning supplies
Hammock
Outdoor carpet
Collapseable picnic table
Tie down straps for picnic table cloth

I am going to make a second post on our options. We try to provide the best experience for our guest so you just need food, firewood, and clothes.

Anyone wanting to camp 3 nights or longer we are offering a beat the heat deal. Our rate is going to be $100. Mileage rate after free miles will be $0.25 per mile.

We are available tomorrow through July 29 and
August 5-September 4.
September 14-to the end of the season Dec 15.
