Customer had a very hard brake pedal making it hard to stop. The booster wasn’t getting any vacuum from the vacuum pump. Turns out there’s a vacuum pump bolt that screws into the end of the camshaft that had snapped off. We were able to extract the broken parts and replace the bolt and vacuum pump and brakes work properly again!!

3.6L pentastar engine. Overheating and unable to get the air out of the system was the concern. Failed a block test and cooling system has excessive pressure. 😬 Another Jeep bites the dust.
