Customer stated his brand new truck won't shift into gear and wanna take it to the dealership I told him seeing he was plowing He had ice jammed into the area where the shifter is. I Broke it free with a hammer and he was good to go

Weirdest call ever customer says she needs to go from her house to the airport. I asked her what type of vehicle she said just her. I said you know you called a tow company right. yes. I said you know Uber will be cheaper right. Yes but I want you guys to take me to the airport. okkkkkk. Let's just say halfway down the road there was definitely something wrong with her. stated that she own's a private jet🤪 but she got dropped off at Eppley Airfield whatever lol
