Just repaired Generation 2 Prius traction battery. replaced 2 defective modules 1 and 13 out of 28 modules total.Charging with a 257 volt DC .38 amp HLG-80H-C350AB LED driver .Its been charging for about an hour. Unplugging the charger soon.Tomorrow I will check static voltages of the modules to check for voltage dropoff .

Kubota 219 loader rescued from barn fire useing a restoration project manual

A winter repair project of my 1978 Kubota B7000 small tractor has filled the shop with a salvaged B219 front loader purchased with Barn fire damaged 1979 B7100 Kubota.Parts have been wIred wheeled of rust and painted with Bright Kubota orange Paint .Adapting the B219 loader is more difficult than I expected but making good progress !

Ive been doing a lot of jobs during the last few months for Friends And Family repairing broken cars and machinery .Have not posted as much as I had in the past because life keeps me busy all of the time ❤️ A winter project restoring a crash damaged Toyota Corolla 2012 is almost complete. Our 3 year old Dauchhund Nellie keeps me company ❤️

This a 1941 Ford 9n farm tractor that I rescued from a Chehalis wrecking yard in 1982 .After the engine was rebuilt and used at the farm for 43 years ,in 2025 It needed all 8 valves replaced and seats recut I resurfaced 4 exhaust valve seats with Neway cu 232 2 angle 45 Degrees and 30 degrees and second cutter A 60 degree cutter for the opening in the exhaust port below the Valve seat 45 degree cut.All 8 valves have been lapped in valve faces to w220grit valve lapping compound to make sure it seals the compression stroke pressure at top dead center 😀 All valves are new with new Valve stem guides , springs ,spring retainers and split collets Tappet adjustments for valve stem ends were made with Intakes adjusted at 12 thousandths and Exhausts at 16 thousandths.

Changing a 100 amp alternator that had a defective voltage regulator on 2006 Toyota RAV4 2.4 liter .Its not for a novice Motor mount needs to be removed hidden nut under motor mount very challenging ,serpentine belt needs to be slacked Engine supported with floor jack front passenger tire and mud flap removed wireing harness for alternator coolant reservoir . and more !

Working on a 1979 Toyota pu with a non functional heater .Replaceing the heater core which was clogged internally and by a mouse nest on th inside of the heater box on top of the core ! The dash needs to be disassembled on reassembled to get the heaterbox fun times 😀

Replaceing a Gen 2 2004-2009 Prius inverter pump .If you have a Code POA93 its likely Your Inverter pump is failing /a air bubble / low coolant level . If you check the coolant level in the inverter coolant tank and its full it likely you have worn out pump / Air in the pump after changing it ?
