In two weeks we’ll be entering enemy territory competing in the F.A.S.T Racing Series at Rockingham Dragway during the Super Chevy Show. Will we be able to go faster then we did last fall at Cecil County and can we beat up on the Chevy’s? Only time will tell.

Well that’s a wrap from the Sox & Martin Hemi Challenge NHRA U.S. Nationals. It was a once in a lifetime experience to be able to bring these cars out to display them, do some parade laps, and be part of the winner circle celebration. Congratulations to Steve Commella on his win. Thanks to Jerry for sharing this adventure with us and thank you to the Mccandless family for inviting us and the great hospitality.

This 69 Firebird came in with some handling issues. To fix it we installed upper and lower control arms paired with a coil over kit. The car also got to help it stop. We also installed a borgeson steering box, and hotchkiss lowering springs and shocks. It handles great now.
