A few new projects in the mix this last week...
79' Trans Am complete front end tear down, sand blast and paint, All new suspension rebuild, and finally Install new Henson Racing Engines 430hp bullet with a upgraded completely rebuilt Transmission Clinic 350 turbo transmission.

Very clean 2nd owner 69' Dodge Charger with Zero oil pressure! After some diagnosis, pulled valve covers ( looked for pushrods / lifters out of bore) , checked oil pump drive shaft ( not broken or damaged) then found oil pan damage that led to oil pickup tube damage, and found a bunch of debris in damaged ( internal screen) and bottom of tube inlet, so added a new pickup tube, pump, cleaned oil pan and installed correct Zinc based oil, prime pump and now has 35-40 psi at idle.

Monday's !!
Never have I ever had to Sawzall a oil filter off... this is a 1st in 50 yrs of turning wrenches
After a brutal massacre of the K&N filter ( obviously too tight) and owner did try to remove it with damage to it ( leaking when it arrived) eventually after many different tools
It was a successful and now onto more items on their list...

Dissecting customer's oil filter after finding damaged pushrods..
Why is there so much Blue and Red RTV in filter pleats??
Of course there is a lot of metal, so decisions will need to be made....
