If you could hunt with any person, past or present, who would it be?

10/12/2026

" I loved the camaraderie, sitting around camp with my family, getting up early, and just being part of it all. That’s really where my love for the outdoors started.

Hunting has always been about more than harvesting an animal for me. It is about family, tradition, the outdoors, and passing those experiences on to the next generation.

That is what hunting means to me."

Looking for a great place to watch the Red River Rivalry. Come out to the Chisholm Creek Watch party. While you are there stop in and say Hi! 🏈

Things have been a little rocky this season, which is a great excuse to rally around the Sooners at Chisholm Creek on October 10 as OU takes on Texas! We’ll have the game on the big screen at The Pointe, plus a DJ, vendors, face painting and a fair food truck.
🏈 Party starts @ 1:30 PM and kickoff is @ 2:30 PM
Wear crimson. Bring the good luck. Beat Texas.

Eleven years ago, we proudly opened our doors as the very first Cabela's in Oklahoma. What started as a new adventure has grown into something truly special, thanks to the incredible support of our customers and community.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of helping outfit countless families, hunters, anglers, campers, and outdoor enthusiasts for their adventures. More importantly, we've built relationships that have turned customers into friends and friends into family.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, thank you for being part of our journey. Your loyalty and support have made these past 11 years unforgettable.

As we celebrate this milestone, we look forward to continuing to serve you, outfit your next adventure, and be here whenever you need us. Our customers are family, and we're proud to be here for you today and for many years to come.

Thank you, Oklahoma, for an amazing 11 years. Here's to many more adventures together! ❤️
