Our Mississippi guys received a complaint about equipment still not running correctly after another mechanic changed the high & low pressure pumps, turbo and ecm.

Upon arrival, they found the original filter had been used for 165,000 miles. R&R of that filter was all that was needed.

Our Pennsylvania crew had to diagnose and repair some electrical issues on this unit this last week - luckily for them it came with a beautiful view as they function tested to ensure it was corrected as well. We will always test your equipment for a certain duration before we consider it complete!

Our Eastern techs have been back at it again the last few days!

We received a service request advising that the slip tubes on this Marooka Skylift Patriot 50 had been bent during retraction. Our tech traveled 6 hours one way to help this company, who have been struggling to find technicians that specialize in what we do here at Surge in their area.

Upon diag, it was found that the boom had collided with the cab at some point in time. This collision smashed hoses, windows and several covers on the unit as well as damaging the Cat Trak.

Because the damage was extensive and the unit could not be operated, the hoses could not be checked until the other damage was repaired. Now this is never good news for the customer, but what IS good news is that Surge is able to build our hoses on site when the damage is corrected. Just one less thing for this company to have to worry about.

We work with these types of situations every day. Our promise to you is to make damage repair as quick and painless as possible.

Our Mississippi guys have been working on this Volvo L110E Wheel Loader.

Our customer advised that while the engine was running, they could see water pouring from their coolant reservoir while they poured water in.

Our techs took this machine apart, decided to bring the head to the machine shop for rebuild as well as the injectors to get flow checked.

Our technicians are equipped with the proper diagnostic tools for Volvos. Truly, we can handle any heavy equipment needs from on road equipment all the way to wheel loaders. If you have any questions, give us a call and we can get you quoted.

Here in Oklahoma, our tech has been busy the last few days helping a company get caught up on some repairs and testing that they inherited from another branch of their company.

It started with a broken down unit on the side of the road that they needed taken care of, and turned into all the catch up they have needed.

He completed 13 DOTs/ANSIs/Dielectrics in a few days, and in the meantime they gathered the chippers and trucks they need repaired and put them in a central spot to make it easier for us AND cheaper for them!

The supervisor said they're just glad they can trust our tech to get what needs to be done, done. Quick communication, trustworthy service. Invoiced within the week of the service being complete.
