Customer stated the vehicle wouldn’t start; we came out and diagnosed it as a wiring issue. After a visual inspection, it was pretty simple: a rodent had chewed through some of the ECM wiring. Fixed same day and we also replaced the battery for the customer as the old one had corrosion on it
