"Had to come to the shop to have my lugnuts taken off 911 as I was in the middle of getting new tires installed and Walmart was unable to take off the Lugnuts from my back tires. They had seized up. This body shop was already incredibly busy and the older gentleman had no problem talking to me and doing his very best to try to fit me in as soon as possible! I only waited one hour and they started working on my vehicle immediately. It ended up being bigger than just getting a few lug nuts off and should’ve been. 🛑 STOP! Before you check your coolant level, remember the #1 Rule of Radiators: NEVER open the cap while the engine is hot. Opening that cap on a hot engine is like opening a shaken-up soda bottle, but with 220-degree liquid.

The best way to go about it is to check the "overflow" plastic reservoir (the see-through tank) while the engine is cool. If it’s below the "Full" line, give us a call. We’ll top you off and check for the "why" behind the low level!
