Position Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on technician who can work across multiple areas of automotive restoration and customization. The ideal candidate has strong skills in custom fabrication, body and paint, and interior/finish work, with the ability to adapt to different projects and challenges in a fast-paced, high-quality shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform custom metal fabrication, body modifications, and panel alignment
Carry out bodywork, prep, and paint to show-quality standards
Install and finish interiors, trim, and accessories
Assist with assembly, fitment, and fine-tuning during builds
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute project timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in custom car builds and/or full restorations
Proven experience in automotive body work
Strong skills in fabrication, welding, bodywork, and painting
Knowledge of automotive assembly and interior installation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic set of personal tools required (specialty tools provided)
Commitment to quality and precision in every stage of the build
