AFTER-HOURS PARTS PICKUP POLICY

Effective Date: October 15, 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

Effective October 15, 2026, Jaws Auto Parts LLC will implement a $25.00 after-hours service fee for customers requesting to pick up parts outside of our regular business hours.

After-hours pickups will be limited to a maximum of two hours after our scheduled closing time and will be subject to availability. Please understand that after-hours service is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.

Regular Business Hours

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed

Latest Available After-Hours Pickup Times

- Monday – Friday: No later than 7:00 PM
- Saturday: No later than 5:00 PM

I appreciate every customer who chooses to do business with Jaws Auto Parts. However, I also believe that time with my family is extremely important. While I will do my best to accommodate after-hours requests when possible, my family time must come first.

My family time is worth more to me than any part or service we provide. I appreciate your understanding, respect, and continued support as we put this policy into effect.

Starting Monday October 5, 2026

If you have purchased a product, parts items etc you will have 48 Hours to pick up that part that you purchased. Or it will be resold or disposed of.
Lately we have ran into issue of people buying parts and not picking them up and they sit for months at a time during that time they could become damaged and misplaced.

As far as deposits goes you will have 48 hours to fully pay for that item aswell unless specific permission is granted by Mangement. Other wise you will forfeit your deposit.

All sales are final and returns are subject to approval.
We are not responsible if u purchased the wrong part without doing ur research. Google and Chat GPT are great tools for research .

We do not warranty anything electronic it is as buyer assumes responsibility when purchasing with out testing or doing research.

Todas las ventas son definitivas y las devoluciones están sujetas a aprobación.
